Great Leabankers!!

These are just some of the amazing Leabankers who turned out to green the spiral staircase of the middle block!!

Any chance of sending them over the road to the Trowbridge to do some planting there?

We need some tomatoes in the raised flower beds along the route to St Marys Church please.

Are you the Martha I met at the Hackney Wick Community Centre last week?

What's the story with those raised flower beds in Trowbridge? Someone took out all the shrubs & left them empty for months now. No wonder some thoughtless dog owners are using them as a toilet.

I'll get hold of a contact at Hackney Town Hall & see if they are planning anything.

If not - we'll get planting!!

This blogsite is for all of us.

We all love Leabank Square - and want to see our lives here improve day by day.

By contributing to this blog we will all feel as if we have a say in how we want our square to be.

Of course we could all use it as a whinge blog to whine on about the rubbish collections or cars parked on the sidewalk at the entrance -

BUT

- how about we all use it to make our lives a lot more positive?!

How about we all use it to organise litter pick-up days, or comunal barbeques in the middle of the square, or meetings to get the management company to change something?

Anything!!
